Disappointing
Good location
Our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The triple room we booked had a very small window, making the room extremely dark. When we requested to switch to two double rooms, the receptionist informed us that the hotel was fully booked. However, we later discovered this was not true, which was very disheartening. Additionally, it's surprising and concerning that a four-star hotel would still serve condiments, biscuits, jams (during breakfast) in small plastic portions. I thought such practices were no longer acceptable. Given the hotel's location in the middle of a national park, I expected better environmental practices. Unfortunately, the commitment to basic environmental sustainability here seems quite limited.

Great central location
Room was very basic, not worth the price we paid. Bathroom was ugly and tight with towels as thin as bed sheets. Only a tiny half-window in the bedroom. Breakfast was truly awful

Very Good
Quadruple connecting room is large and spatious with a door that you can close (very good with kids!) and two bathrooms. Staff is friendly. breakfast offers good options. Hotel super central. Beds are comfortable. They made our beds after the first day.
